Most of the time I usually run in jello circles (sugar free, of course!).
I saw our fridge as a holding tank for future garbage disposal cuisine.
I am talking about the toughest, grittiest workouts of all: Chores! The FFM is a strong group of women. They work, they volunteer, they bathe people, they feed people, they cook, they fold laundry, rule the world, etc.
Besides carbs, proteins, and veggies, do not forget your Soul Food: pizza, wine, chocolate, etc.
