She hates Mondays.
Mondays are her day of mourning for the weekend. While her coffee brewed, her ritual of Monday mourning negativity percolated. Ever since she was a kid she suffered from Sunday night anxiety. Sunday Night Anxiety is her precursor to Monday Mourning Syndrome.
How about Tuesday? She shuttered at the thought of Tuesday.

Thank goodness her coffee maker dribbled its last drop into her cup. She loved the sweet taste of bitter coffee. Coffee is a perfect companion to Weekday Monday Mourning Syndrome.
