I lost my mind in Cancun several years ago. I left my mind on the plane. When it was time to come home, I left on a different plane. It writes me postcards every now and then.
“What about a thong?” A chirpy, subconscious voice from 20 years ago squeaks. My present day conscious gives her a dirty look and her perky, bouncy self, runs and hides, in a dark corner of my mind. hh
Terrific was his standard response. My grandfather was an enigma, a veteran, and a grouch. He was a terrifically unique mixture of a human being.
