Abrupt Coffee Break

I’m so glad we rescheduled our coffee date. Yesterday,  if we were having coffee, I would tell you, I was exhausted. I was done. I was angry. Everything hit me like a bag of weights and I felt crushed. Nothing dramatic happened. Nothing so awful. I need a break, a new direction. Today I am out of the pity pit-

” Sorry for babbling. What do you want in your coffee?”

“What’s wrong?”

You look at me. Your eyes swell. Your take a deep breath. I wait.

This holiday cheer is catching……..

Thank you Diana from Part-Time Monster Blog! I send you a caffeinated Happy Holidays!

  1. Awww that’s the worst. I went through a period of time recently when I was feeling upset, angry, and like an emotional mess. The worst part was I didn’t think that I had a reason to feel that way. I started cleaning and decluttering my house and that seemed to help pull me out of my funk. I hope you will feel better soon too! *hugs*

    1. Thanks! When I feel this way it is my mind and body connection letting me know that something needs to change. Sometimes productivity comes from a dark place. Decluttering is a great way to lift ourselves out of that place. Whether it’s getting rid of items, people, or just negative thoughts. Ugh! My alarm went off! Time for the gym! Have a good one!
